At Vitality Hydration & Wellness we strive to make each service provided beneficial to the overall wellness prevention goals of the client through the use of high-quality products and services. Meet Our Provider
The owner of Vitality Hydration & Wellness, Germaine Henderson Rawls ANP-FNP-C, is both a licensed Nurse Practitioner and a licensed Esthetician. She has worked as a nurse for over 20 years and has attained valuable knowledge and proficiency throughout her career. She has worked in various high acuity areas which makes her comfortable in most situations as it relates to patient care. She has obtained her Master’s in Nursing Science from Governors State University, University Park, and Masters in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University, Bourbonnais, IL. And is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at University of Illinois at Chicago. Throughout her Master’s education, she also continued her education and certifications for Medical Aesthetics, IV Hydration, PRP, medically supervised weight management, and licensed esthetician.
